Gods Will
God will give you everything you need to complete the assignment He gives you. Don’t let your eyes fool you or people talk you out of it. Walk in faith.
If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink: For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the Lord shall reward thee. —Proverbs 25:21-22
God doesn’t place you in a position to act like someone else. He places you there to be you. You are what the position needs.
Honor God in word and deed—even when it seems hard.
If you are seeking to renovate a room in your house, you do not renovate it according to the previous blueprint but something new. Likewise, you must renew your mind in the same fashion.
You cannot use the blueprint of the world or what you used before you believed in Jesus. It cannot help you renovate your life according to God’s standard and purpose. You must renovate your mind with a new blueprint so you will know how He wants you to build.
God makes everything beautiful in its time, including you. You are being made into a beautiful creation by His standards. Trust His ways. Trust His standard. Trust His blueprint.

Lead Me.
Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.—Psalm 139:23-24
Lord, show me the way of righteousness. Help me keep my way in You.
Leviticus 11:44-45 – For I am the Lord your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. For I am the Lord that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.
1. To sanctify is to set apart. The Lord called the children of Israel to sanctify themselves. To sanctify is to set apart from something or someone. It is a conscience and moral decision to separate (and cleanse) one’s self from sinful and defiling actions, people, and situations. It is a commitment to the ways of God.
2. Be holy as I am holy. The Israelites were called to holiness. He wanted them to duplicate His character and nature. As we receive a similar call to be holy as God is holy (1 Peter 1:15), we should also consider God’s character and nature. God forgives. He is patience and kind. God doesn’t take advantage of others or mistreats them for His own purposes. He is not selfish or inconsiderate of others. God is love (1 John 4:7-8).

Matthew 5:43-48 – Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
If you want to be perfect as your Father is perfect:
1. Love your enemies.
2. Bless them that curse you.
3. Do good to them that hate you.
4. Pray for them that despitefully use you and persecute you.
We were once enemies of God, yet He showed us mercy through Jesus. He blessed us though we cursed Him. He was good to us, even when we hated Him. Jesus prayed for us when we were selfish, hateful, evil, and filled with sin. The Lord has shown us His perfection. May we show our perfection by loving, blessing, and praying for our enemies.

Reference: Joshua 9:3-27
God told Moses that they were to smite and utterly destroy the inhabitants of the lands they were to possess (Deuteronomy 7:1-2). The neighboring country of Gibeon was in fear of their lives and sought to deceive the Israelites (Joshua 9:24). To act as if they were from a far country, they came to them with old sacks upon their donkeys, old wine bottles, old shoes, old garments, and even dry and moldy bread (Joshua 9:4-6). Though the men of Israel suspected they were of the neighboring country, the men made their decision without consulting the Lord on the matter. Joshua then made a league with them to let them live, and the princes of the congregation swore unto them.
When they travelled through Gibeon to destroy the city, the Israelites were reminded of their oath, though they were deceived. Joshua honored his oath and allowed them to live. The people of Gibeon became bondmen, and hewers of wood and water for the altar of the Lord (Joshua 9:22-27).
Be mindful to seek the counsel of the Lord before entering into agreements, contracts, and business arrangement with others.
