Almost anyone you talk to has a dream: a bigger house; a good life for their children; a dream job, etc. Sadly, many of these ‘perfect’ dreams lie dormant under the mountains of reality.

Many factors may keep people from pursuing their dreams, but it doesn’t stop them from dreaming. Take a moment to think about your dream. A smile comes to your face and your heart is at peace and filled with joy.

Dreams and visions aren’t bound by your current situation – no borders can contain them! They often set markers of hope for many people.

Many of my dreams have been in ‘circulation’ for over 20 years. Just thinking about them makes my heart sing. Their fulfillment may be within the next 10 years, 30 years, or may never come to fruition.

Over the last few days, I’ve been dreaming of various business ventures to help low-income families through real estate, computer technology, car dealerships, etc. I have witnessed the constant fleecing of low-incoming families and I would like to do something to help, but where do I start?

There are so many things I’d like to do, but there are only 24-hours in a day. If I had my way, I’d do them all! I must choose my time wisely because my dreams and visions may not line up with God’s will for me.

While riding in the car today, I looked at rows of abandoned homes and thought to myself, ‘why are so many people leaving these communities and no one is coming in to help’ and ‘what could I do to help?’ Then the Lord asked me what was the most important thing I could give: millions of dollars or salvation?

The Lord reminded me that the most important thing I can do is preach His Gospel of Salvation. I have been given the honor and privilege of carrying His priceless message of salvation - THE MOST IMPORANT MISSION IN THE WORLD!

Many of my dreams and visions involve giving to others and assisting them through the resources God has given me (i.e. talents, money, time, etc.), but they may keep me from my true purpose in God. The fruition of some dreams and visions may require so much time, energy, and resources that I become distracted from my purpose and calling.

1 Corinthians 10:23 (KJV) - All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.
