Each day has events, programs, and processes that demand our attention. We prioritize our events and tasks by the most important (or most interesting to fulfill our personal desires). In the midst of the busy day we must ask ourselves where do we fit God? In the morning? During the day? In the evening?

Acts 17:26-28a (NIV) - From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. 'For in him we live and move and have our being.'

It is in God that we have our existence. We should continuously seek Him, reach out to Him, and find Him. He is not far from us (Isaiah 59:1).

Serving God should not be an afterthought. It is also not about what we can receive from Him. We can make time for God just to be with Him (i.e. just because it's Monday or you want to sit before Him in prayer, praise/worship, etc.

The condition of our lifestyle will tell how you have made time for God. What have you been doing this past week to fellowship with the Lord?

If you have not made time for God, what can you do right now to make time for Him?
