John 3:16 (KJV) - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
God loved THE WORLD so much that He gave His ONLY begotten Son! The world = all people, regardless of their status, race, beliefs, or conduct. We are mistaken to think God will only save certain types of people. We can go so far as to believe certain people don't deserve God's forgiveness, but are fully deserving of His judgment!
It is not for us to judge who is or is not 'worthy' of receiving salvation (Matthew 7:1-2). We may have a judicial system that convicts people of specific crimes, but they are still worthy to hear God's message. There are people that work and live around us that may not have the best personal qualities or characteristics, but that does not exclude them from God's will:
1 Timothy 2:1-6 (KJV) - I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
Who are we to exclude ANYONE from receiving such mercy and forgiveness? Do not forget where you once were, for you were not born without sin. Just as you need Jesus, they do also. DON'T EXCLUDE.
