Jesus
Within this section, we highlight the life and circumstances surrounding God's Son, Jesus and His worldwide importance. This section will expound on the biblical verse, John 3:16 (KJV): For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Acts 2:38-39 (NIV) - Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call." Repent of your sins (Acts 3:19-21; Mark 1:14-15; 2 Corinthians 7:10). Repentance represents forgiveness of your sins and the original sin committed by Adam in the Garden of Eden. Repentance is also a 'turning away' from your sinful nature, behavior, and actions - a change in the opposite direction, not just lip service. Repentance is often an outward expression of an inward change beginning in a declaration of change (i.e. prayer, life style changes.) A person does not repent of something they do not agree to or believe in...a person should repent because they believe in Jesus Christ and they understand their need of a Savior. Be Baptized (Matthew 28:18-20; John 3:3-7; Acts 1:5; Romans 6:1-4). Baptism is a commandment of Jesus and provides entrance into the Kingdom of God. When you are baptized, you are baptized into Jesus Christ (into His death). As Jesus was raised from the dead to the glory of the Father, we should walk in the newness of life - a life apart from the behavior of our 'old' nature of sin. (Please read Being Born Again for additional information.) Romans 10:5-13 (KJV) - For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Through the belief and acceptance of Jesus Christ (and as outlined above), you become a child of God and a co-heir with Jesus
(John 1:12-13,
10:27-28;
Romans 8:12-17;
2 Corinthians 5:17-21)!
There will be rejoicing in the presence
of the angels of God over one sinner that repents (Luke 15:10)!
